*INSURANCE COVERAGE: Based on the CARES ACT, most major insurances have agreed to waive the cost sharing requirement for COVID-19 diagnosis and treatment for all patients. How long this will be in effect varies for COVID-19 diagnosis and treatment for all patients. How long this will be in effect varies by insurance. If you have a “SELF FUNDED PLAN" or "HEALTH SAVINGS PLAN" (usually listed on the card), your insurance carrier does not have to comply with this, you may be responsible for an urgent care visit fee.
We are currently not collecting copays FOR COVID-19 VISITS. If they are not covered, please note you will be responsible for your typical Urgent Care Copay and/or Deductible for this visit. This is a COVID related visit, however, we have no control over how the insurance company ultimately processes the claim.
Sample will be collected through a blood draw. Antibody tests check your blood by looking for antibodies, which can show if you had a past infection with the virus that causes COVID-19. Antibodies are proteins that help fight off infections and usually provide protection against getting that disease again (immunity). Antibodies are disease specific. Once blood sample is collected, our team will send sample to the lab. Results will be available in 2-3 Days, can fluctuate based on community demands.
Testing plays a key role in our country's efforts to track and contain this highly contagious virus in an unprecedented time. By testing as much of the population as possible we can contact trace, provide data to healthcare officials, isolate infected persons to help slow the spread of the virus.
